Cancelling a quote request
A submitted shipment request can be cancelled any time before a quote has been accepted, at no cost, by contacting PLURA directly.
No labels are generated at this stage
The current version of the PLURA portal does not generate carrier shipping labels, so there is nothing to "void" in the label-cancellation sense yet. This page will be expanded once automatic label generation is active.
