This page contains standard placeholder terms drafted for the current stage of the PLURA portal. It has not been reviewed by an attorney and should be replaced with counsel-reviewed terms before this site is used to transact with real customers.
1. Service description
PLURA LLC ("PLURA," "we," "us") provides approved business customers with access to UPS Ground Residential shipping quotations through a private online portal. Quotations are subject to manual review and confirmation by PLURA before being finalized.
2. Account approval
Registration does not guarantee access. PLURA reviews and approves accounts at its discretion before shipment requests can be submitted.
3. Quotations are not final until confirmed
All prices shown are quotations only. Shipments weighing more than 150 lb require manual review and a manually confirmed price. Shipping zones may require manual confirmation by PLURA. Quoted prices may exclude applicable carrier surcharges and accessorials.
4. No payment, labels, or live carrier connection at this stage
The current version of the PLURA portal does not process payment, generate shipping labels, or connect live to any carrier system. These are planned future features and will be described separately when available.
5. Relationship to UPS
PLURA is an independent company. PLURA is not UPS, is not owned by UPS, and is not represented as an officially endorsed or authorized UPS reseller.
6. Changes to these terms
PLURA may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the portal after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
